AI video LoRA packs: the same face, the same room, every single shot
AI video drifts because a text prompt re-invents a person and a place on every render. A trained LoRA does not. INKFLOW trains an ULTRA LoRA — 4,500 to 5,000 steps at rank 64, from a multi-angle reference set — for every character and every recurring location or object, then ships you the model file.
Tried the rest? Now try the best — free.
We are that confident you will like it: the first ULTRA model is on us — the complete file, full spec, commercial licence and all. Not a trial, not watermarked, not cut down. The same file and the same specification we sell: 4,500 to 5,000 steps at rank 64. It is Dariusz Kwiatkowski-Osei, an original synthetic person, yours to use commercially forever — no fee, no attribution, no expiry.

The shelf, with faces on it
Every picture below was rendered with the exact LoRA being sold — the image is the proof, not a mock-up. Click any card to zoom. This gallery regenerates from the live training ledger on every visit.
Each one joins the pack automatically the moment its file verifies at rank 64 — buyers get every addition free, forever.
The shelf, live

The capabilities JSON lists them from the studio’s live training ledger on every request; each flips from IN TRAINING to ULTRA TRAINED by itself the moment its file verifies at rank 64. Buy the growing pack once and every later addition is free, forever.
Persistent worlds: why we train the sets too
Most tools stop at faces. A story is also a truck, a kitchen, a bar and a street, and those drift just as badly. Because we train them once, the same rink appears in the trailer, the music video and episode twelve of the series — identical from any camera angle. That is continuity no prompt can buy.
Coming soon: Spur Nine — the Cyberpunk Set
A whole rain-soaked neon port city, rendering right now.
Twenty-four locations — main street, spaceport concourse, night market, dive bar, portal hall, endless walkway, arcology penthouse, rooftop, cyber clinic, hangar bay, transporter chamber and more — plus an eleven-strong alien-and-human cast led by Vanta Blackwave, all in one persistent world with invented machine-alphabet signage: no real words, no real brands, no Earth writing anywhere. A character can walk from the night market to the concourse and it is still the same city.
£59 · on sale only when every location is finished and verified — we do not take money for models that do not exist
Licensing, in plain words
Perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free commercial licence: pay once, use forever, no per-use fees. Every actor is an original synthetic person — none depicts, or may be used to depict, a real individual. Every set is brand-free: no real trademarks, businesses or venues, so there is nothing to clear before you publish. AI-generated-content disclosure is required where your platform or jurisdiction says so.
